SpringHill Day Camp

This year we have another great opportunity to see kids in the 48214 grow through activity. SpringHill camps is partnering with our church and Hope Community Church to provide day camp this summer! Camp will take place from Monday, July 3rd to Friday, July 7th, from 9am to 4pm at the Detroit Waldorf (2555 Burns, 48214). (There will be no camp on Tuesday, July 4th.)
We encourage each parent to register online by June 23rd. Please follow the directions below to get your kid ready for a great time in the Lord. It may be helpful to open the link in a new window so you can continue to look at the instructions while registering. Be prepared to spend approximately 15-30 minutes for this process.

48214 residents: MAH10, reduces camp cost to $10/camper.
non-48214 residents: MAH59, reduces camp cost to $59/camper.

Registration Instructions

  1. In the right corner of the screen click on “Log In”, which is next to "Hi Guest”.
  2. Create a New Account if you don’t already have one.
  3. Of the options presented to you after creating your account select “Register Child." (You will be asked to “sign” forms. Your signature is the First and Last name you input when you create your account)
  4. Add each child to your account if you have not been instructed to do so.
  5. On the event selection page - Select our camp date from the list and press continue: "07/03 - 07/07 , 2016 Mack Avenue Community Church  & Hope Community Outreach & Development, Detroit, MI" Please do not worry about the $155 fee, you will be able to enter the discount code later.
  6. Fill out the additional questions form.
  7. Skip the roommate request form (simply press continue).
  8. Complete the scholarship form if you would like to donate to Springhill.
  9. Complete the waiver forms by checking the boxes and signing.
  10. Select whether you would like extended stay (4-5:30pm) for your child.
  11. Review your registrations, enter discount code, and press Checkout.
  12. Complete the conditions of application and parent release form by checking the box and signing.
  13. Complete the payment information.
  14. Review your selections and press “finalize”.
  15. You will need to fill out a medical form for each child. If you do not fill out the medical form prior to the day of camp your child will not be able to attend camp. You will need your child's health history and insurance information.
Lunch will be provided each day of camp, but as always if you have dietary restrictions we suggest you provide your child with a lunch.
